Creative Cost Tracker

An internal tool used by the owner of IRON FITNESS and the owner's other beauty and fitness businesses. It shows which Instagram ad a customer came from when they send a Direct message after tapping a click-to-Direct ad, so the owner can measure the real cost of each booked customer per ad.

The owner connects their own Instagram professional accounts with Instagram business login. Incoming messages are used only to record the ad the conversation started from, the time, and a phone number the customer shares for booking. The owner can read and answer recent messages in the inbox.
