Data Deletion Instructions

Creative Cost Tracker stores limited data about Instagram Direct conversations of accounts connected by the business owner (see the Privacy Policy).

If you messaged one of our Instagram accounts

Send an email to milia_crossfit@mail.ru with the subject "Data deletion" and your Instagram username. We will delete all records about your conversations (timestamps, ad referral data, phone numbers and any remaining message text) within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you connected an Instagram account to the app

Remove the app in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Creative Cost Tracker → Remove, and email us to delete the stored data. The access token and all data of the account are deleted within 30 days.
